Some features of this website use cookies or similar technologies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function are used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / § 25(2) TTDSG.
For any non-essential cookies — such as those used for analytics (see Section 4) or embedded third-party content (see Section 5) — we ask for your consent via a cookie banner before those services load, in accordance with § 25(1) TTDSG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. 5. Embedded Videos (YouTube / Vimeo)
We embed video content (such as game trailers) from YouTube and/or Vimeo on some pages. Where possible, we use these platforms' privacy-enhanced embed modes (e.g. YouTube's "youtube-nocookie.com" domain), which limit data processing until you actively play the video.
However, even in privacy-enhanced mode, when you play an embedded video, a connection is made to the provider's servers, and your IP address and browser information are transmitted to and processed by:
- YouTube: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland
- Vimeo: Vimeo.com, Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011, USA
Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG), given via our cookie banner before the embedded player loads.
